Releasing the new OrtholugeDB web application. Along with a new user interface, the hyperlinks to orthologous genes now use NCBI RefSeq accessions. The download facilities are fully functional and you can carry out a single gene search using an exact or wildcard search.

Release of OrtholugeDB BETA.

Ended OrtholugeDB BETA testing stage and finished prediction of orthologs for all 1410 genomes. An update to incorporate all recently sequenced genomes will be completed by end of 2012.
